once user modified any board files and submitted in the repository. He has to update the commit-id entry for that board item in the item-list catalog json file inisde catalog folder.

In case user removed any existing xitem (board files) , he should remove the board entry in the item-list catalog (vivado_2020.1.json for 2020.1 branch) file in the catalog directory.
