Where can I find my output HDR image?

Once the pipeline process completes, you can find your final HDR image in the following directory:

~\HDRICalibrationTool\temp

Here, you will see 10 HDR images, one intermediate file per step. The last HDR image, output10.hdr, is the final output HDR image.
