Health Points (HP) in our application represent the health or stamina of a character. Characters lose HP when they take damage or perform strenuous activities, and they can regain HP through rest, healing items, or abilities. If a character's HP reaches zero, they become incapacitated and cannot perform any actions until they are healed.
