Firefox recommends using switchyomega download link:

After installation, click the ring icon in the upper right, click Options:

Click "Import/Export" in the pop-up window; Select "Restore from backup file" and import the SwitchyOmega folder -> SwitchyOptions.bak (OmegaOptions.bak) in the XX-net directory;
