Sets the specified file to be the user's configuration file.
Restore-GitHubConfiguration [[-Path] <String>] [-WhatIf] [-Confirm] [<CommonParameters>]
Sets the specified file to be the user's configuration file.
This is primarily used for unit testing scenarios.
