Bluetooth receiver for SNES consoles. Also, as a documented-but-not-advertised feature, has a USB port that exposes full controller data (including analog etc) over XInput.

Supported bluetooth devices include 8bitdo-brand ones, but also many Nintendo and Sony controllers.

Widely available online. (Including variants with other primary connectors, but only the SNES version was tested)
