This block constantly flashes colors, so you might get an epileptic seizure(so the name).... You can disable it in the config tho....

Redstone

When given a redstone signal, the output of an attached comperator will constantly change, until the redstone signal is taken, then it locks onto the current output, until the signal is reactivated.
