The Derpy Shiz Mod adds some miscellaneous things, which are listed here:

A special stone made from gravel and smooth stone.

Also available in a framed variant.

A variant of obsidian that has white dots on it.

Planks of the respective tree.

A decorative block that is made from a deadbush and a fake diamond.

Dropped by Piggycorns, used for some tools.

Work just like gold nuggets.

Will be used in future stuff, no function currently.
