We attempt to employ an Agile/Scrum approach to managing requirements, features/bug fixes and release management.

Workflow

  • Sprints are 2-3 weeks in length
  • Each sprint is a GitHub Milestone
  • Issues
    • User stories should be tagged with the user story label
    • Epics should be tagged with the epic label

Meetings

  • Weekly team standup (Mondays at 13h UTC)
