GlobalCooldown errors occur when the expectedDuration is < the time passed between the casting of 2 spells.
An error message will display in the browser console, for example:
Investigate the reason for the issue by checking for haste buffs, GCD reductions, and spell modifiers.
- Wrath of Air Totem provides 5% spell haste but is not a visible buff on players in Blizzard's logs.
