Install ST LINK Probe from ST - Willeby/GNU_ARM_Eclipse GitHub Wiki
Go to the ST Website and download STSW-LINK009 which is the USB Driver for Windows 10.
After the installation connect the board and check the correct identification of the board in the window's device manager: STMicroelectronics STLink Virtual COM Port
Install the STM32 ST-Link Utility tool from: ST-LINK Utility
Open the tool and click on Target / Connect to verifiy the successful installation of the drivers.
