Installation Guide - Wendrous/WendiverseMC GitHub Wiki

1. Install Fabric.

Download Fabric here. Make sure the tab is sent to Client and the version being 1.20.1, with loader version being 0.15.7. Click install once you're ready.

2. Download the mod pack.

The files (mods-part1-4) are available in the Releases. Drag the files into C:\Users\XXX\AppData\Roaming\.minecraft\mods, or any other destination folder you install Minecraft in. WARNING: Make sure all of your previous mods are moved out of the folder. Otherwise, your game won't launch properly or you won't be able to join the server. Any client-side mods that are compatible with only Fabric 1.20.1 can still be used.

2B. Download the resource pack.

This is optional in case you don't wanna load up the server with errors. Resource packs are normally automatically downloaded for you once you join the server. If it doesn't work, you can download it manually from the Releases. Drag the zip file into C:\Users\XXX\AppData\Roaming\.minecraft\resourcepacks. Unlike the mod pack, you are not supposed to extract these files. Leave them as zips.

3. Launch Minecraft Fabric Loader 1.20.1.

Fabric will automatically show up in the launcher.

3B Allocate more RAM for your game.

This is optional, but in case your game keeps crashing, you can do so by Launcher > Installations > Select profile > Edit Once you see something like -Xmx2G (default setting) in the JMV arguments, you can change 2 to any number of RAM you want as long as it's in your PC specs. G stands for Gigabytes, so my example should be 8 Gigabytes of RAM allocated.

4. Connect the server via IP.

The IP address is 154.26.129.141:25591. If the server automatically kicks you out, check the Troubleshooting page.
