Use Windows Live Writer

1. Start Windows Live Writer

2. Choose to add blog account
3. Select the fourth option (select Other blog service)

4. Enter the url to your blog. (Make sure you have enabled Windows Live Writer Integration within your blog settings)
5. Enter the username, including the Sitecore domain (eg: sitecore\admin), and password
6. Click next
7. You can now let Windows Live Writer create a temporary post

8. Give it a name and click finish
