• Today's achievement:

  • Launched 2 channels x 3 grids(whole) docking experiments of lindane.
  • The previous problems of lindane docking results (i.e. missing frames) have not been settled; instead new runs are launched (too tired to explore on the trivial stuff!).
  • Learned to use VMD to draw shapes. Practiced more on rendering.
