Tag - field to add tag for an object.
CATEGORY dropdown to find category name for tag. Label: I suggest adding into this category. Require field.
TAG search to find tag.Label: Following #tag. Placeholder: Find object. Require field.
CARD after adding tag in modal window, card will appear. Card displays with standard information (avatar, name, type, expertise)
