Any Waivio user can participate in the Referral program if his account is not included in the blacklist (the same as for receiving rewards). The point of the program is that the referral partner sends traffic to any waivio.com URL to which an instruction like? Ref = username is added and we temporarily remember this information either through cookies or through session. New users are associated with referrers for 90 days, and existing users must be associated with referrers for 5 days.

If a user came by the? Ref = link and after login it turned out that he had already used the system before (that is, he is an existing user) and if at that moment he is not tied to any referral, then it must be tied to the one declared in? Ref = referrer for a period of 5 days.

Thus, if a user is already associated with a referral partner, then even if he comes via another? Ref = link, he remains with the one to whom he is already linked. And if he re-comes via a link from a partner to which he is already attached, then the period is not extended (first the period must end, then it can be associated again).

Now, every time payments are calculated for this user, it is this referral partner that will be indicated in the referrals line.

Details

This page explains the main parameters of the program. All numbers (distribution of processing fees between campaign / index / referrals) must be dynamic so that they can be changed if necessary (via admin).

General information (text): "Waivio offers 56% of its combined processing fees to referral parties for brining new users to Waivio.com. These commissions will be paid on all the sponsored rewards for these users for a period of 90 days from their initial visit. Waivio offers the same commissions to referral partners for brining existing customers to Waivio.com. The referral account will be listed as a beneficiary for referral portion of processing fees for these users for a period of 5 days from the moment of their association with the referral partner. Users will remain locked to the referral partner for the specified period and will not be re-assigned until the expiration of the set period. Waivio is using web sessions to track referrals. Referral partners can check the list of users currently attributed to them on the Status page."

About referral commissions: "When sponsors post attention bids on the Hive blockchain, in addition to user rewards, they allocate 5% or more as Processing Fees for all the parties involved in posting, indexing, and presenting bids to eligible users. Waivio Campaign server offers 70% of these commissions to Index Servers. And Waivio’s Index Server offers 80% of its commissions to Referral partners. These terms can be changed by Waivio from time to time. Example: Sponsor offers a reward of $5.00 to eligible users and agrees to pay 5% as processing fees. Processing fees ($0.25) will be distributed in the following way: Waivio.campaigns (30%): $0.075 Waivio.index (14%): $0.035 Referrals (56%): $0.14 All payments are processed directly by the sponsors and the status of all payments can be checked on the Receivables page in the Rewards section. Please note that Waivio is not involved in the processing of payments and we only handle information relating to payment obligations between the parties. To ensure that sponsors pay rewards and processing fees on time, Waivio stops processing sponsor campaigns if they are overdue by 30 days or more."
