The Updates can be created only if user has enough vote value in waiv, at least $0.001, or user in whitelist. The slider is always displayed in the modal update window. When opening the modal, the voice is automatically substituted with the smallest voice to match 0.001. Guest users can add updates, it's free for them and does not depend on the vote power (since they do not have it). Modal window template. The same for all fields.

LANG	drop-down language, English by default, this means, the update will display for this language in user interface label: With language
LIKE	checkbox "Like", active by default, like is important thing for adding an update, without it user can't add update
SLIDER	like vote value slider, user can choose with what vote value update will be added. Slider has button with percent under slider with values: 1%, 25%, 50%, 75%, 100%. Vote value can't be less than $0.001
VALUE	shows how much your vote is worth in $ equivalent Text: Your vote will be worth ${amount} (min. $0.001 in WAIV token)
NOTE	note about like: Object updates are posted by Waivio Bots in order to avoid technical posts in user feeds and spending limited resource credits on multiple posts by users, authors are required to upvote updates with voting power that should generate an equivalent of at least $0.001 in WAIV token to ensure validity of the posted content. Users receive 70% of author rewards in addition to standard curation rewards.
FOLLOW	checkbox "Follow" to follow the object, not active by default
SUBMIT	note about follow checkbox: Stay informed about object updates submitted by other users
