You will see changes in the world around you depending on your choices. if you spend your time stealing and helping a crime lord rise up then it will have consequences. maybe your house gets robed. or your older sister gets hooked on drugs. or maybe the guy who sits next you in class gets shoot. Their will be physical changes to shops may shut down the town may get trashed windows broken.
