What did we do well?

1. Presentation went well.
2. Code reviews were done.
3. We started doing bugs
4. we did more unit test
5. Good team coordination when preparing for the presentation.

what we didn't do so well on?

1. Code reviews were done late
2. Bugs increased
3. a lot of changes were made to fix the bugs
4. features weren't 100% complete by the time of presentation

Solutions

1. Start the code review early
2. solve the bugs as we go
3. rather than last-minute changes, make the changes early.

future suggestion

1. Everyone should have their part done no later than the Monday of the week of the presentation and submit a pull request
2. Plan on using the Tuesday of the week of the presentation to finish any remaining pull requests and merge those features into master.
3. finish review within 24 hrs pull request is made.
