Scrum Meetings - WSU-4110/FindMySpot GitHub Wiki

Did the team do scrum meetings? Were the minutes of those meetings maintained adequately?

Yes, our team conducted Scrum-style meetings throughout the project. While we did not meet daily, we held meetings twice a week for approximately 30–45 minutes. During these meetings, we discussed progress, assigned tasks, and addressed any issues or blockers. We also met during lab sessions or before presentations to review our work and ensure everything was ready. The meeting minutes were maintained at a basic but sufficient level. Important points such as task assignments, progress updates, and key decisions were discussed and shared among team members. Although the documentation was not highly formal, it was adequate for keeping everyone informed and ensuring that the team remained aligned on project goals and responsibilities. Overall, our meetings and documentation were effective in supporting communication and collaboration within the team.
