Conditions must be followed while prepare the DXF file

• Data content compulsorily compatible to the DSR(Department Survey Regulation) layers Circular’s
• DXF Drawing must be named with plan Number (E.g. 82001204sh001 for cadaster).
• Don’t use circles to show points in the plan.
• Don’t use multiline text.
• Data containing as blocks & insert must be remove or explode.
• Every lots must be closed.If there is a lotclose dot, please close the polygon using
  “VIR-CLOSELINE” layer.
• Above rules must be applied for the sections of the plan if exist.

While preparing the DXF for this task, the following step is the one and only extra step the surveyor should be done as extra work besides the digital data preparation chapters in DSR.

• Create a new layer named “LOTNO”. Copy all the lot numbers in “TEXT-lOT" layer to “LOTNO” layer.
• Move the lot numbers in the "LOTNO" layer into the inside of the relevant lot that is displayed using arrows.
• Origin of every lot numbers in the “LOTNO” layer must be within its own perimeter (By scaling the lot numbers can make smaller).See image
• Each and every single polygon should only contain one lot number in LOTNO layer but the duplication of the same lot number is allowed.
• If there sheets in your plan, please number that polygons as "sh".See image
