We are willing to define a new standard that we can use Worldwide to build any sort of electrical transportation
THE BASIC NEED
we are setup here the specifications for a new standard of WHEEL that have integrated:
- Tyre (with tube or not)
- Parking break
- break
- motor
and have this important characteristic:
- load weight 70kg ( version S), 140 kg (version 2), 280 kg (version 3)
- Safety coefficient 2.5
- lifetime 50.000 Km and 10.000 Km without maintenance,
- Waterproof ( grommet for the cable)
- Universal fixation ( need to be provided)
The connector IP67 and cables
1 cable only will be for electrical power and control information. The Connector and diameter of cables and poles will be defined later.
- 3 cables for Power, for the Three Phase (Blue, Brown, black) AWG 18 (0.75)
- 6 cables for control AWG 24:
- RED: 0V
- BLACK: 5V or 10V ( need to be defined later in range)
- WHITE: Control move 1
- RED: Control move 2
- GREEN: break 1
- BLUE: break 2
The basic function:
- By no presence of electricity the wheels is block by the break parking. The break parking has to resist to 2.5 time the nominal weight apply to the border of the Tyre and the wheel has to stay locked.
- The break parking has to be locked with a maximum of 1/8 of rotation of wheel
- The running break allow progressive breakage with a variation of 10 levels minimum with the maximum can stop the wheel at full speed with no couple in less than 1 second
- The cooling of the wheel will be enough to limit the supplement of heating of 40 degree at the circumference of the wheel.
- The parking brake can used the same device that the running brake, but missing electricity has to be an automatic parking brake, or a manual command ( hydraulic or by cable) has to been used
