A class diagram is created for hospital management with 5 attributes hospital, doctor, patient, ward(room), department(team) each with its functions and operation using creately application .
For the zenhub tool account 5 issues are created each explained with its labels and milestones. An issue is given a specific period of time to be accomplished and once an issue is closed a burndown chart can be obtained. A screenshot of burndown chart of each issue is taken and saved in the documentation.
A new repository is created in GitHub and all the screenshots that are saved in the documentation are committed using gitdesktop and stored in the GitHub directly.
