Searching

The ability to find aerodromes is at the core of this application. There are currently two locations where you can search for aerodromes, and the latest weather held for them.

• You can use the search boxes on the Main and Aerodrome Search pages along with the Aerodrome Search and Search buttons.
• Enter partial or full text to get limited or multiple results.
• Search values are not case sensitive.
• The Title and ICAO Code values will be searched.

1. From the Main page

At the bottom of the page you'll find a text entry box with the placeholder text "search term" and an "Aerodrome Search" button beside it.

You may enter part or all of the aerodrome's name or ICAO code into this box via your device's keyboard.

The search is not case sensitive.

When you click on the "Aerodrome Search" button, after a short delay you will be presented with all of the search results and the last piece of weather information recorded.

2. From the Aerodrome Search page

This page is scrollable when more than a few results are returned.

However you can alter the search term from your previous search and select the "Search" button to update your results.

This can be useful when your first search returned much more than you expected.
