Traditional METARs have always been for an elite set of aerodromes throughout the countries. Aero Met allows controllers, pilots, and farm strip owners to create their own aerodromes and distribute weather information to the rest of the community without the need to invest in websites or subscriptions to the AFTN service.

• Create an aerodrome with a unique title.
• Optionally include the ICAO code.
• Search thoroughly for your aerodrome before creating a new one (especially for large aerodromes.
• The Title and ICAO Code values will be searched.
