VideoTools: Waveform & Vectorscope for broadcast applications

The VideoTools.tox use tweaked waveform/vectorscopes from the TD Palette to create a multi-usage GUI for simple image analysis.

• In-GUI Choose between Luma waveform, Parade and Vectorscope
• Contextual Zoom & Intensity Control

Note: Require Style.tox to define the used colors.
