Smartscreen

Smartscreen alert appears because RE is not signed by Microsoft's trusted certificate which costs approximately 350$ per year. Since RE is free software I am not willing to spend that amount of money to hide that warning.

Antiviruses

RE is an open-source project. Anyone can inspect how it works and what it does. So it's safe, just make sure you download executables from my GitHub page. If you have any concerns you can run a VirusTotal scan, or you can build RE executable on your own PC using the master branch.
