If you want to delve deeper into Game Audio, one option is a website dedicated to it, called Game Audio Learning

My biggest recommendation is joining a Game Jam. The biggest one is coming up in January 2025, called Global Game Jam. Almost every bigger city will have one or more physical locations where you get to make a game in one weekend. Game jams are one of the best ways to get more portfolio pieces and learn more about making games. There's a lot of other game jams running all the time, especially online, but I would recommend going to a physical one first.
