Syntax: <${view | set | reset> <${mobexp | questexp | drop | dropmeso | globaldrop | globaldropmeso}> [#new rate]

Default GM level: 1

Notes: Allows the viewing, setting, or resetting of rates on the current world. The type argument is only required for the set action. view and reset can be done all at once or filtered by the type argument.

If new rate is unspecified for the set action, it defaults to 1 (or -1 in the case of global rates).
