Syntax: <${players | gm | all | me} | $player name>

Default GM level: 1

Notes: If you are GM level 1, you can only kill yourself with this.

If you are above GM level 1, you may kill GMs, players, everyone on a map, yourself, or a specified player. You may not kill players that exceed your GM level.
