Team Retrospective
This week there was another bout of uncertainty as the team ironed out details of the project. The team discovered that we were finding ourselves over-scoped and were trying to find ways to narrow that scope to something more manageable, with the guidance of the instructor. Each team member did an excellent job being flexible with the change of plan and communicative of their needs. The primary point of difficulty was that it was difficult to pick a direction to pursue.
After deciding on a direction, the team determined as a group that we would need to meet again to finalize some details about which there were concerns, like whether the idea strayed too far from existing documentation and whether we were making things more difficult for ourselves.
As a team, it was determined that each member would have some research to conduct, which we will share with each other during our next scheduled meeting time, and this should help clarify any additional uncertainties we had.
Going forward, there may still be some uncertainty and hitches as ambiguities are ironed out, but the team has methods for more effectively handling these issues as they come.
