Team Retrospective

The team’s focus has officially shifted from documentation to primarily development. Now with a better understanding of scope, the team can implement the features for this iteration of the app’s development.

As we discover aspects of the functionality that aren’t clear, the team is using meeting time to iron out those details and develop a more detailed idea of the features needed and how the user will interact with those features, enabling team members to better implement their work.

The app is finally coming to fruition. Team members are working individually on their own parts of the app’s development to get the functionality working. We have not yet merged our work together, so we each have our own parts that we are working on and will have to take time in the near future to ensure all the parts work together to create the whole.
