Prerequisites

You should have completed the welding course. I believe ALCE 3494. Something like that. <- FIX ME PLEASE even if it's just to remove this part and the uncertainty.

  • Use this to calculate amps
  • Run hotter and faster than you think.
  • If you must move in an arcing pattern to get proper attachment of the bead, run hotter.
  • Always have spare components for the welder on hand. Including filler rod.
