Overview of the hall effect current sensors

The hall effect current sensors have three pins, 2 input pins and 1 output pin. It should be noted that there are two other pin like objects on the current sensors but those appear to be present for balance purposes.

Note an Image is supposed to be above this line but for some reason is not appearing and I do not know why

Above is an example of a current sensor of that type. The pin to the far right is not a true pin, but is used for balance. Otherwise, the pins from left to right in that image are Vout, GND, Vcc (maximum 5 Volts) respectively. The Vcc is essentially the Vinput and above 5 volts the current sensor stops being of as much use.
