A few minor changes to the downloads page, mainly a revamp of the navigation menu to better accommodate the future documents page and a new font (Tahoma) for the website to make it look a bit more modern and easier to read.

A "coming soon" page has also been set up for the eventual documents page as opposed to the default GitHub 404 page.
