Function

• Triggered by TSC on detection of registered token.
• Performs the following additional checks
  • Check for previous trigger logs of the token.
  • Trigger VUA module if previous exists
  • Appends previous data to newest observed occurrence
• Maintains a record of the following information
  • IP address
  • Geolocation of triggered source
  • Token paired with the request
