I-79: OJP Support for Parallel Trains

Description

At the moment there is no possibility in a timedLeg (trips[]/legs[]/timedLeg) to express a parallel train ("Flügelzug"). Therefore there should be an extension within the trip-object. The extension should be OJP-compliant.

Not yet modelabel in OJP 1.1. CR sent to OJP group, adds functionality to OJP 2.0. This implies OSDM switching to OJP 2.0 with version 3.2.

In TimedLeg/Service there is a new ServiceSection. There the attributes of parallel trains can be modelled.
