I-40: Indicate test data in offline data exchange
Description
There should be the option to indicate an offline fare data delivery as test data to avoid that it gets axidentally used in production.

Business Value
It can be avoided that test data would be axidentally distributed and used for production. The OSDM platform would refuse the upload of test data in the production environment.
