This is just an automation of single individual runs. Separate scripts from within the RootAnalysis repository are used, therefore "analysisPath.txt" must be set to root of the RootAnalysis repository. Additonally, there needs to be a folder called "rootfiles" within this root path. The results will be placed inside this "rootfiles" folder.

Automatic Baseline Run

Automatically creates files with an constant baseline.

Automatic Integration Run

Aims to run the IntegrationWindowAnalysis script for multiple files. Can include the Automatic Baseline Run (option provided)

Automatic Dark Counts Run

Re-runs a specific given DC run for multiple different Integration Windows (created by, you guessed it, IntegrationWindowAnalysis)

Automatic Efficiency Run

Combines all: Automatic Baseline Run -> Automatic Integration Run -> Automatic DC Run -> Efficiency
