What we've found so far:

Download vm

type 'history' to find out what has been done so far

run 'update-vm' to update vm

To confirm we are using Ros version Kinetic, type 'rosversion -d'

type 'roscd' to get into the ros directory. the ros directory is '/opt/ros/kinetic'

The launch scripts are in the 'shared' folder

Make sure to turn off '3D Acceleration' in the VM. Do this in setting -> display
