The following is a non-exhaustive list of shortcuts and available inputs for the main game.

Note however that UltraStar Play supports gamepad and touch input as well as input from keyboard and mouse.

F11 : Toggle full-screen

F12 : Mute / unmute audio

Menus (main menu, options, etc.)

Arrow keys : Select button or other control

Enter : Activate button or other control

Escape : Go back to previous scene

Song Select

Left / right : Select song

Up / down : Select control

Enter : Start song / use control

Tab : Toggle selected players

Ctrl+F : Toggle search

Ctrl+E : Open song editor

Type character : Jumps to matching song

Sing Scene

P or Space : Pause

Ctrl+E : Open song editor

Escape : Exit the song

R : Restart

S : Skip to next lyrics

Highscore Scene (after singing results)

Left / right : See highscores of different difficulty
