FRONT OFFICE EXPECTATION
- OHA will produce monthly reports on weekly data from all USAID PEPFAR operating units.
- Data collected will include at a minimum the clinical core cascade and MMD.
PROCESS:
- SI Advior downloads/receives high frequency report (HFR) data from operating unit, either from their own reporting system or an series of partner files.
- SI Advisors will upload the file(s) to Google Drive* in under their country's folder in Raw Data in the HRF folder. Having a consistent naming structure and including a date or time frame is preferable. If uploading multiple files, please batch in their own folder.
- SI Advisor will email Noah, Nashiva, and Aaron when the have uploaded the new file(s)
- SI HFR team members will process the submitted data, based on a unified, tidy structure. The team is still in the process of developing a process for each country (since each country is gathering/structuring data and naming variable differently).
- Tidy output for each country will be stored on Google Drive and used to populate a country specific Tableau file.
- Members from SI, PCT, SCAs, and cluster teams will use the data and dashboard to analyze weekly progress. This analysis will feed into communications with the country team and Front Office.
