Yum packages needed to be installed:

• gsoap-devel
• CGSI-gSOAP-devel (note the capitals)
• globus-ftp-client-devel.x86_64
• perl-ExtUtils-CChecker.x86_64
• xerces-c-devel (?)
• xerces-j2
• xerces-js-scripts
