This is a collection of the meeting minutes that happened with the design sub-group.

• Discuss requirements of the product and the widgets within it.
• Sketch lo-fi prototypes
• Narrow down designs to final options for the base and widgets
• Create design on figma

• Came up with a name for the product (Telos)
• Came up with the main purpose of the product
  • Organise schedule
  • Track tasks/habits
  • Record past activities
• Wrote a series of user stories for the product
• Begun making design decisions about the product overall
  • Dashboard
    • Monthly calendar view with two sub-views
      • Small sub-view, each day is a tile.
        • Today’s tile is solidly coloured in.
        • Days that have stuff on are shaded
      • Big sub-view, there is text in each tile (like apple calendar month view)
      • Clicking on a tile will take you to that day in the journal view
    • Some way of getting to the journal
    • Can move things around

  • Double-click will insert a text-box (like OneNote)
  • Some way of getting to the Dashboard
  • Widgets (drag ‘n’ drop from widget draw):
    • Habit tracker (weekly and monthly)
      • Each habit tracker has different colours
    • Todo list
      • If a todo is attached to a habit, then the to do is coloured with that habit tracker’s colour
      • Way to label things as a habit
      • Priority (top or bottom of list) and can be moved via ellipsis
      • Click ellipsis to set due date/priority/habit tracker
      • Can be ticked, rescheduled, canceled
    • Agenda for today
      • See Apple calendar’s day view
      • Should be able to scroll
• Sketched final lo-fi designs for the product and it’s widgets on the whiteboard

• Created figma board to create design

• Create hi-fi prototype
