  • When running fetchdatabycities.py, it seems that the features that are downloaded by the algorithm are always the floor of ArcGIS count. In short, ⌊37,897⌋ = 37000 for Fayetteville's swNetworkStructure layer where the left value is the ArcGIS count on the MapServer of Fayetteville and the right is what the Python script has downloaded, and the floor function goes to the nearest 1000. This persists to each layer downloaded. It is a result of the batch size hard-coded to 1000. (Noted 9/30/2026)
