The Content tab provides an overview of Fields included in the content of the spreadsheet and lists the media files that are loaded into the design.

Content is managed in spreadsheets. Content updates can be made on-the-fly as you are designing. With the content spreadsheet initially loaded, changes can be made and quickly reflected using File > Reload sheet.
