Please find my notes below:

ChipSeq and RNASeq data -- investigation needed

Heatmaps -Subset the genes from the dataset -Changes in R routines will be needed -either using a gene-list on tranSMART or upload gene-list of your interest

Morphometry/Image data

• Entire set of slides
• Images and the txt files they are associated with
• Description and study names that we need
• Sub-classifications if any
