Welcome to the Galaxy Pairs wiki page. This is a supplemental wiki that would lead to towards already well structured page.

Truth : I am just trying to get more traffic to my github page lol :D

If your project involves finding galaxy-galaxy close pairs (or maybe you are just interested), you have come to the right place. This page is structured as follows :

1. Introduction :
   I introduce galaxy merging over here.
2. Method :
   I discuss in detail the step wise procedure towards finding pairs, thereby quantifying merging.
3. Python codes : Along the process of explaining the pair finding process, i introduce several python implementations that make life less stressful. These will be appropriately linked in another page for clarity.

Note : This page is under construction, watch out for spilled dark matter (nvm you cannot !) :P
