The proposal is visible to logged in users and they can add a comment when the application is in the cfp and review modes.

withdrawn

Only the author can access and edit the proposal. Users can see it has been withdrawn.

preselected

The proposal is visible when the application is in selection mode.

deleted

The proposal is deleted and not accessible anymore.
