Welcome to the ShipViz wiki!

• See some instructions on how to install an instance of CartoDB based on what we had to do in our Ubuntu 14.04 Virtual Machine.

• Also, please check out the official repo and instructions to install CartoDB in an Ubuntu 12.04 machine. @raquel-ucl has corrected and updated the new online CartoDB installation instructions, so those are the best to follow at the moment (28-Sept-2015).

How to use ShipViz?

There is a tutorial available that runs through a number of use cases. All SQL snippets are acessible via the SQL query collection, see links on the right-hand side.
